También puedes enviar tus fotos por correo electrónico a hello@piothepenguin.com . Cuando envíes la foto, asegúrate de que:

• Incluido Pio en la(s) foto(s) contigo en cualquier forma física, ya sea que Pio venga contigo como peluche, una camiseta o un pin.
• La ubicación donde tomaste la foto. Etiquetar la ubicación en la publicación es una excelente manera de agregar la ubicación, pero cuanto más específica sea, mejor. Si envías tu foto por correo electrónico, asegúrate de agregar la ubicación en el correo electrónico o compartir la foto con nosotros con los metadatos de ubicación incorporados (tu teléfono generalmente hará esto por ti si aún no has desactivado la configuración).
• ¡Cualquiera que quiera salir en la foto con su mejor sonrisa! Si bien a Pio le encanta tomarse fotos con sus amigos, también entiende que algunas personas son tímidas ante la cámara. Como él no exige que otros salgan en la foto, ¡nosotros tampoco!

Una vez que envíes tus fotos, las revisaremos y las agregaremos al mapa interactivo. Si hay mensajes directos disponibles en la plataforma social, intentaremos enviarte un mensaje directo o un correo electrónico para avisarte que tu ubicación se agregó al mapa. En caso de que no te contactemos, mantente atento al mapa en caso de que no hayamos recibido el mensaje directo.

¡No dudes en enviar varias fotos a la vez! De esa manera, podremos completar el mapa y ver todos los lugares a los que ha ido Pio.

Tenga en cuenta que este no es un proceso automático , una persona real está mirando cada foto, así que tenga cuidado con lo que envía. Además, puede llevar un tiempo agregar la foto, aunque puede esperar que se agregue en una semana.

¡Por supuesto! A Pio le ENCANTA volver a visitar lugares y verlos con sus amigos. Tus fotos se agregarán en el mismo lugar, pero como marcadores diferentes para que puedas ver tus fotos y las de más amigos de Pio.

Cuando envías una foto, nos estás permitiendo usarla en el mapa.

También nos permite utilizar las fotos en línea, en lugares como (pero no limitado a):

• El sitio web
• en las redes sociales
• Páginas de productos
• Publicidad online

Si queremos utilizar la fotografía que nos envíes en algún medio fuera de línea (como publicidad impresa o física), nos pondremos en contacto contigo si nos has facilitado algún método de contacto (redes sociales, correo electrónico, etc.). Dependerá totalmente de ti si aceptas permitirnos utilizar la fotografía con ese fin o no.

Usted no acepta permitirnos vender las fotografías en sí ni alterarlas de ninguna manera (excepto la edición básica de fotografías, como recortarlas, aumentar el brillo global, ajustar el balance de color, etc.).

¡No hay problema! Si no quieres que tu foto aparezca en el mapa, asegúrate de no usar el hashtag o etiqueta AdventureWithPio.

Si aún usa la etiqueta, su foto cumple con los requisitos enumerados anteriormente y aún no desea que se agregue la foto, simplemente agregue en algún lugar de la publicación que no desea que se agregue la foto al mapa o envíenos un mensaje directo en las redes sociales.

Si tu foto se agregó al mapa y no la quieres allí, ya sea porque se agregó por error o porque simplemente quieres que la eliminemos en cualquier momento, solo envíanos un correo electrónico a hello@piothepenguin.com o envíanos un mensaje directo a través de nuestras redes sociales. ¡Estaremos encantados de eliminar la foto por ti!

While Pio's adventures can go anywhere, there are some places where he doesn't want to intrude. Photos will be restricted, excluded, or removed from Pio's Big Map if they meet any of the following criteria:

• The photo depicts trespassing, as in the illegal intrusion to private or protected property. Pio loves to go to all sorts of places, but only if he is welcome! This means that trespassing onto land that belongs to a private entity, such as an individual or company, without consent is not approved.
• The photo depicts anyone recklessly in danger or in reckless risk of danger. We acknowledge that there may be professionals who take Pio on their more extreme adventures, and Pio will love to join there too! Professionals understand the risks and are trained to mitigate the risks of their sport or activity. Do not put yourself at risk to add to the map.
• The photo depicts illegal activity. If a photo shows incriminating activity, it will not be allowed on Pio's Big Map.
• The photo depicts violation to "leave no trace" rules on trails. Pio loves to take care of the planet, and he wants his photos to be good role-models for how to leave no trace on trails. If the photo shows litter on the trail, stealing from the trail, or damage to the environment, the photo will not be featured on Pio's Big Map.
• The photo depicts identifying property. This one is for the safety of you, your home, and your privacy. While the #AdventuresWithPio hashtag can be used to show you having a good time at home with your best buddy Pio, your location will not be exposed on Pio's Big Map in the case that you inadvertently submit a photo with geolocation activated.

Please keep in mind, these restrictions are for your safety, and Pio the Pioneering Penguin LLC (the Company) will not be held responsible for any behavior conducted by owners of any Pio product. Illegal activity is not condoned or permitted by Pio or the Company and will not be published on Pio's Big Map. Dangerous activity (activity that puts yourself and/or others at risk recklessly and without training) is likewise not condoned or permitted by the Company. This list of restrictions can change at any time, and any changes will be applied retroactively if/when changes happen in the future.
